Painting robots

T1-X3-350P_01

T1 X3 painting robots of the latest generation are designed specially for deployment under the more difficult conditions prevailing inside a painting booth. The hollow wrist robots with inner media feeding are available in different arm lengths and designs.

The T1 X3.350P is equipped with a process arm in which application systems can be located close to the gun. The shortened paths from the application systems to the gun reduce material loss and in addition, allow faster colour changes, depending on the application. If the space in the process arm is not enough, the ExtensionBag provides extra space for additional attachments. The ExtensionBag can be used for all models of the X3 series.

Travelling axes

The operating area of the painting robots can be expanded enormously through travelling axes (7th or 8th axis). To minimise paint loss while doing so, the complete paint supply can also travel along on the robot axis.
Travelling axes from b+m are available in different designs depending on the requirement:

  • In-Wall axes
  • Subsurface axes
  • Attached axes

Offline Programming

EasyEdit

The b+m EasyEdit offline editing system can be used to edit and optimise existing painting programs. The program was specially configured for the requirements that arise during industrial robot painting and makes it possible to set up complete booth conditions.
