Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Pflege und Aktualisierung des Artikelstamms im ERP-System
- Artikelanlage, Erstellung von sinnvollen Stücklisten-Artikeln und Kontrolle von Stücklisten
- Zuordnung von Produkten zu Waren- und Produktgruppen
- Weiterentwicklung der einheitlichen Produktsyntax (Nomenklatur) und deren Dokumentation in Abstimmung mit dem Produktsortimentsmanagement und dem Marketing
- Dauerhafte Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenqualität
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines neuen Artikel-Datenbank-Systems
- Erstellung von Analysen, Ableitung von Optimierungen und Datenbereinigungen
- Optimierung des Artikelanlageprozesses im Unternehmen zur Reduktion manueller Aufwände und Erhöhung der Datenqualität über alle Systeme hinweg
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau, Technikerausbildung (m/w/d) oder Betriebswirt (m/w/d) mit fundiertem technischen Wissen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Anwendungserfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, PDM-Systemen, Microsoft Office und Konstruktionssoftware
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Genauigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse Product-Life-Cycle-Management
