- Ermittlung von Kenngrößen zur Kapazitätsplanung
Ihr Profil
- Elektroniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d)
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schaltschrankbau und Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent sowie selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitsplanung (REFA) und Prozessoptimierung (LEAN) wünschenswert
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
