- Unterstützung des Service-Vertriebs bei allen kaufmännischen Aufgaben
- Anfragenbearbeitung, Angebotserstellung, Auftragsanlage und Rechnungsstellung für Serviceeinsätze, Reparaturen und Ersatzteillieferungen
- Terminverfolgung und Liefermahnungen
- Datenerfassung und -pflege in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Kundenkorrespondenz und sonstige administrative Arbeiten
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Industrie- oder Bürokaufmann (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Serviceleistungen und Ersatzteilen von Vorteil
- Einfaches technisches Verständnis
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV oder anderen ERP-Systemen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfolgsorientierte und analytische Handlungsweise
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Engagierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
