Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung als Sparringspartner der Personalleitung in allen strategischen und operativen Personalthemen
- Projektbezogene Aufgaben und Mitwirkung bei zukunftsgerichteten HR-Projekten, auch standortübergreifend und international
- Ausgestaltung von Rahmenbedingungen für internationale Baustellen-Einsätze unserer Mitarbeiter sowie für längerfristige Mitarbeiter-Entsendungen
- Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Implementierung von Lohnmodellen
- Proaktives Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Digitalisierung im gesamten HR-Bereich und Ausbau des KPI-Systems
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit personalbezogener Weiterbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
