Modernization/retrofit
New regulations and laws, changed processes, new products, higher throughput: there are many reasons to modernize, modify or expand a plant.
Our engineers and technicians will develop optimal solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Experienced installation teams carry out the modifications and our process engineers optimally integrate the modifications into the existing process. This will be followed by a certification through our safety engineers attesting to the satisfaction of legal and governmental requirements.
Process optimization
The productivity and quality of your painting plant is not a fixed parameter. Paint lines and painting programs represent a complex system of variables that must be matched exactly to one another.
We offer you process optimization as an independent service, and carry out the corresponding work at your site. Alternatively, we determine the parameters in advance in our modern technical laboratory. The latter reduces downtimes of your paint line to a minimum.
