Revitalization of heat exchangers

bmJetRefresh is a cleaning process for the airflow-related refurbishment of heat exchangers. Without heat exchangers as the heart of refrigeration and air conditioning technology, the basic functions of air heating and cooling as well as heat recovery would not be possible. Clean and undamaged units are therefore a prerequisite for loss-free and therefore efficient performance.

With bmJetRefresh, we guarantee damage-free and in-depth cleaning of heat exchangers clogged with paint particles. We use our patented multi-jet cleaning process for this.

Cause and consequences

Contamination on the exchange surfaces of the heat exchangers during operation is often strongly adhering contamination that is difficult to remove. As a result, the performance of the heat exchangers in the process continues to deteriorate. In addition to increased energy costs, there are often even excessive or avoidable repair costs due to the premature replacement of heat exchangers that are only dirty but fully functional.

In practice, this inevitably leads to further problems, for example

  • increased heat and electrical energy consumption
  • failure of refrigeration systems
  • production losses in temperature-dependent process plants
  • premature ageing due to material attack
  • hygiene deficiencies, for example due to germ growth and unpleasant odors

Solutions

As required by VDI 6022, we use a patented technology for regular, continuous and damage-free cleaning. This is not possible with conventional cleaning methods.

We offer you highly effective and damage-free deep cleaning of your finned, plate and rotary heat exchangers using the innovative and patented bmJetRefresh process. This is adapted to the degree of contamination and the respective problem.

Our process includes the removal of the most stubborn deposits, such as oil, grease, paint particles or microbial contamination. The patented technology also includes the airflow-related cleaning of the finned heat exchanger. This involves realigning all the fins of the coil in order to restore the full performance of your heat exchangers.
