On 1st August, 2016, b+m welcomed eight trainees, three students and five FOS annual interns. Rudi Adrian and Fabian Göllmann have started their apprenticeship as electronics technicians for industrial systems, Lukas Klein and Kittichai Gutberlet as industrial mechanics, Marina Lange as industrial manager, Jonas Pietsch as technical product designer, as well as Jörn Rosenthal and Mart Lorenz Christiansen as mechatronics technicians. The three bachelor students have started their two-months get-to-know period at b+m, prior to beginning their actual dual studies in October at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen. Theresa Kimpel and Lorena Krieg will complete a one-year FOS internship in economics and administration, Elias Hohmann in engineering, Jonas Abel and Niklas Schwalbach in information technology.

b+m has continued its strong growth, and currently counts 370 employees, including 22 trainees in six professions, as well as eight bachelor students in mechanical and electrical engineering.
