b+m Acquires Service of the Eisenmann Business Division "Application Technology"
b+m surface systems GmbH has acquired the customer service and spare parts business for the "Application Technology" division of the insolvent system manufacturer Eisenmann. This includes the hardware and software of the application technology from material supply to the atomizer.
The transfer comprises the patents and industrial property rights for the production and supply of original Eisenmann spare parts at a consistently high level of quality. Notably, the competent experts from product development, sales, and commissioning could be recruited to strengthen the b+m team.
"Comprehensive customer service is important, and also the long-term assurance of a fast and smooth spare parts supply," emphasizes Sebastian Merz, CEO of b+m surface systems.
The independent business division will retain its headquarters in Baden-Württemberg, but at the same time will have access to all the functions and resources of the global b+m network.
"With b+m, we have found a strong and competent buyer from the industry. Additionally, we successfully have preserved more jobs through the acquisition," comments Eisenmann insolvency administrator Joachim Exner on the sale.
