Marshall Stout new CEO of b+m America
As of 1st June 2016, Marshall Stout, 37, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of b+m surface systems America Corp.
Mr. Stout has joined b+m America in Spring 2015 as the first employee of the then newly founded US subsidiary of b+m surface systems GmbH. As COO of the Chattanooga-based company, he has already been in charge of the operational business together with CEO/President Manuel Gollbach. The married father of four children has long-time experience in international business, particularly with European companies, and is a highly esteemed person within the b+m group. With effect from 1st June 2016, he has been appointed CEO and Vice President of b+m America by the company's President Manuel Gollbach and Director of the Board Michael Palenberg.
Manuel Gollbach will return to Germany to push forward the development of a new business division at b+m's German headquarters. He will remain CEO/President of b+m America, and continue to supervise operations and further development of the US subsidiary.
