As of 1 January 2016, Stefan Kramer, Head of Projects and Manufacturing Application Technology, and Benjamin Gischler, Director Sales, have been appointed authorised signatories. At the same time, longtime authorised signatory and Director Sales, Wolfgang Fleck, has retired.
Stefan Kramer started his career at b+m in 1998 as a young engineer, and quickly developed himself as an expert for high-quality paint application systems with very specific requirements regarding surface quality and application processes. He soon became Head of Design Engineering and Manufacturing, and shortly thereafter he also became Head of Projects Application Technology. Mr. Kramer has made outstanding contributions to the development of b+m’s in-house application technology, in particular pigging and colour change systems as well as atomising systems.
Benjamin Gischler joined b+m in 2008 as a Project Manager and was responsible for the realisation of several major projects. In 2012, after many successful international project assignments under challenging conditions, he switched to the sales department as a Key Account Manager, and two years later he became Head of Sales Application Technology. In 2015, Mr. Gischler has been appointed Director Sales, and he continues to successfully expand business in Germany and abroad.
Wolfgang Fleck, a veteran of the surface technology industry, has retired. The mechanical engineer successfully led the sales department at Widmer+Ernst in Bad Hersfeld, first as Head of Sales, and later as Managing Director Sales. He joined b+m in 2003 as Head of Sales Plant Engineering, and subsequently became Director Sales. In 2008, he was appointed authorised signatory. Mr. Fleck has retired at the end of the year, but will remain closely associated with b+m, and will continue to contribute to important projects.
