4 Purposes and legal bases for the processing

 

4.1 Purposes of Data Processing

The documentation of visitors to b+m surface systems GmbH, compliance to safety regulations (the wearing of visitor badges, occupational safety regulations, non-disclosure agreements) as well as to comply with EU counterterrorism regulations.

 

4.2 Personal Data that are subject to processing

Given name, surname, address, personal communication data, license plate number, video surveillance recordings.

 

4.3 Legal bases for data processing

The processing of the personal data of our visitors and the collection of data recorded by our video surveillance system take place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the preservation of the legitimate interests of b+m surface systems GmbH as well as on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in connection with the legal sanction lists for the fulfillment of a legal obligation.

 

5 Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data

No personal data are disclosed to any third party unless these personal data are intended or required to be disclosed.

You have the right to request access to the saved personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR).
